Vertiv Liebert CRV, a row-based cooling unit, is designed to maximize cooling efficiency while occupying minimal space. This versatile precision air conditioner offers temperature and humidity control, filtration, and notification management for optimal data center conditions. Specifically tailored for small and medium server rooms, as well as edge computing sites, Liebert CRV operates at the server rack level, continuously monitoring heat load variations and promptly delivering efficient cooling.

To enhance efficiency and availability, Liebert CRV removes heated air from data center hot aisles and channels it to return cooled air to the servers in the cold aisle. Integrated air diffusers ensure precise airflow directed towards the heat load.

The unit is available in two versions to cater to diverse installation needs:

1. Direct expansion system with variable capacity up to 36 kW, offered in both 300 mm and 600 mm versions, complete with a roof or wall-mounted condenser.
2. Chilled water system with a capacity of up to 60 kW, available in both 300 mm and 600 mm versions.

Liebert CRV ensures optimal energy efficiency by providing full capacity and airflow modulation to match the servers’ load. It achieves energy savings through features like compressor capacity modulation, an Electronic Expansion Valve, and variable speed EC Fans. These elements contribute to remarkably low operating costs while maintaining maximum availability.

As a comprehensive cooling solution, Liebert CRV encompasses essential functions such as cooling, humidification, dehumidification, re-heating, air filtration, condensation management, temperature and humidity control, alarm functions, and data communications. The unit further enhances performance and energy efficiency through the Vertiv™ ICOM™ Control, intelligently managing system components to optimize unit operations.

Accessible from both the front and rear, all components of the Liebert CRV facilitate easy service intervention. The unit is designed for simplified installation, featuring straightforward cable and pipe routing from both the top and bottom.
