Customized PDU

We design and build PDUs specifically for your application. Our design team has successfully designed over 100 custom PDUs.  Models include modular 48VDC PDUs for Telecom, MIL-STD 810, PDUs for ATE with front access EPO and many more. Click here to download our PDUs catalog.

Front Access PDU

For customers requiring front access EPO and CBs for their PDUs, our design team provides build-To-Spec rack mount PDUs. Typically, the custom PDUs would be 19 inch, 2U-4U high, 1 or 3 phase, up to 63A. Outlets are user selectable and are typically IEC or Israeli sockets. AC input range is 110-230V, with main circuit breaker protection.

PDU MILX810

We have designed and certified a PDU according to MIL-STD 810G. The MILX810 is certified to MIL-STD 810G environmental conditions including temperature, humidity, low pressure, drip, vibration and mechanical shock.

DC4x125 Telecom PDU

The DC4x125 (also known as the Mavenir (previously, Comverse) PDU 125 and PDU 125-20) is a Direct Current modular Power Distribution Unit designed primarily for Telecom applications. It features 2 to 4  40.5-72Vdc inputs, each max 125 A  and up to twenty 40.5 – 72Vdc outputs (12 outputs of 60A max and 8 outputs of 20A max(. Ambient temperature 55oC.

The DC4x125 is certified to IEC 60950-1:2005, UL, CE, CSA and CB.

Electrical Distribution Panels

Panels are a vital link between the operator interface and the field instrumentation, and are an integral part of the overall control strategy. Good design is of paramount importance. Proper layout of the panel and efficient use of available space is vital in today’s complex and compact processing plants. Furthermore, to allow for possible expansions, panels must be designed not only for today’s needs but also with the future in mind.

Our distribution panels are built to the highest International Standards, from design right through to construction and testing. Our design team begins with your requirements including the desired safety standards. System Build encompasses panel fabrication and testing, and the staging of the complete system (control systems panels, marshalling panels, networks, operator consoles, configuration stations, and all associated software) for integration testing, customer inspection and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
